MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
Rand Brenner had an extensive career in the entertainment industry, working with hundreds of consumer products and services companies in the licensing of numerous high profile motion picture and television properties. He has held executive positions at Saban Entertainment, Warner Bros Consumer Products and Geneon (Pioneer) Entertainment. Key among the properties he licensed was the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers TV show (a worldwide licensing phenomenon) and two Power Rangers Movies (produced in conjunction with 20th Century Fox Film Corporation) that grossed over $3 billion in worldwide retail sales, and the motion pictures Batman and Batman II (Warner Bros.) which grossed over $1 billion in retail merchandise sales.
He also serves as a business development advisor to WallStreet Research, an investment advisory and research firm with offices in
New York and Los Angles, specializing in covering emerging growth and middle market public companies on the OTCBB, NASDAQ and AMEX exchanges.

University - San Jose and his Masters of Business Administration from
Pepperdine
University. He remains active in the Pepperdine Alumni organization as an executive board member of the NYC Chapter.
